Returns policy

You have the right to return your order in whole or in part. The item (s) can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging and all tags attached. In this case, you shall solely bear the immediate cost of returning the product.

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged, or not in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, altered or washed will not be accepted.

In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return.

Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value. Refunds do not apply.

DAIDALLO reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

Please note, DAIDALLO cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Parcels for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is missing shall be refused.

Refunds

Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are non-refundable, and these will be deducted from any monies returned to you in the event you return one of our products. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items undergo quality control and are being accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, PayPal or bank account used for the order transaction. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.

Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through DAIDALLO.

Exchanges

The products may be exchanged for any available different size or type of product. If you are exchanging a product and the new item is a lower amount, we will refund the difference via your original payment method. The products may be exchanged for any available different size or type of product. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks and are subject to product availability at the time of return.

After the process of such exchange with any other similar product, the delivery of the latter is subscribed as a new order and thus all charges and specifications are the same ones described in the “ORDERS & SHIPPING” section.

Returning an order from outside of European Union

Unfortunately, due to the increasing charges for returning items from outside EUROPIAN UNION, returns for ALL international orders must be made at your own cost. Please note that all items are returned to us at your own risk and we therefore recommend you choose a registered or tracked postal service or organize your return via our customer service team. 

We are not liable for any items that you return to us and cannot issue a refund until the goods are received. All items must be returned in perfect, re-saleable condition. Note: As we trade in EUR and due to changes in international exchange rates, some refunds for international orders may vary slightly to the initial order value.
