SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Your order will be delivered within a short period of time following its placement and will be shipped using the best courier service depending on the shipping address you have indicated when submitting your order. Therefore, your order will be shipped strictly according to the information you enter during check-out.

All shipments will be shipped via DHL EXPRESS.

DAIDALLO does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Access Points and Lockers. When your order has been shipped, you receive an e-mail with your shipping invoice number and a link so that you can follow the state of your order in the courier used to deliver it. Please make sure that there will be someone to pick it up and sign upon delivery of your order. All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major public holidays. DAIDALLO shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery timescales at times can take a little longer depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

We offer a delivery duty paid (DDP) service to assist our customers. This means that any duties or customs fees have already been paid by DAIDALLO when the parcel arrives with you. All relevant import taxes and duties payable will be added directly at checkout.

The delivery times quoted are usual timescales, however in most cases your order may arrive sooner. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders and for international deliveries your order may also be delayed in customs which unfortunately are out of our control.

Your order will be delivered within 1-3 weeks.
